Places to Stay
Since there are so many fabulous inns and B+B’s on the coast, we have not made specific hotel reservations. Many vacation rentals are available if you are planning on staying at least 2 nights. There are also inexpensive motels in nearby Fort Bragg.

Things to Do
Whether you are able to come up for just the day or several, there are lots of things to do in Mendocino. Some of our favorites:
- Go for a stroll on the Mendocino Headlands or Big River beach at sunset
- Hiking in Van Damme or Russian Gulch State Park
- Wine tasting in Anderson Valley
- Pizza at Piaci Pizza in Fort Bragg
- Come early to the wedding and visit the Lighthouse and Museum at Cabrillo

Attire
While September has the best chance of sun on the coast, please bring layers and be prepared for cool and windy weather. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held in a tent. We will try our best to keep you warm! Comfortable shoes are also a must: it is a 0.5 mile paved walk from the parking area, and the ceremony/reception will be held on uneven grass.

Children
Kids, of course, are more than welcome. Please let us know who to expect when you RSVP.
